In ChatGPT, go to SettingsIntegrationsPlugins, open the MCPs tab and click Add MCP server.

How do I connect Tolt to ChatGPT?
In ChatGPT, open Settings > Integrations > Plugins, go to the MCPs tab and click Add MCP server. Name it Tolt, choose Streamable HTTP, paste https://mcp.tolt.com/ and save. Then click Authenticate next to Tolt, sign in and click Allow.

No. Leave the token empty: clicking Authenticate signs ChatGPT in to your Tolt account. Only Tolt’s REST API, for developers, uses an API key.
Can I change what ChatGPT can do, or disconnect it?
Yes. Tolt stays under Settings > Integrations > Plugins, where you can adjust its permissions or disconnect it at any time.
