08Which billing providers do you support?

Stripe (Checkout, Payment Links, Pricing Tables and Buy Button), Paddle (Billing and Classic) and Chargebee connect natively and sync both ways. Using something else? Tolt’s API and webhooks work with any billing tool or custom checkout: send sign-ups and payments in, and get every referral and commission back out.

10What happens when a customer cancels or gets a refund?

Tolt syncs both ways with your billing provider. A cancellation stops future commissions, and a refund reverses the partner’s commission automatically, before it’s paid out.

11How do affiliates get paid?

Pay partners yourself with a CSV for PayPal or Wise, or turn on auto payouts: Tolt pays every partner on schedule and you pay one invoice. Auto payouts carry a 2% processing fee.
