Your brand and domain
Can the portal run on my own domain?
Yes. Add one DNS record, a CNAME pointing to domains.tolt.io, and your portal runs at an address like affiliates.yourdomain.com. Until then, it has its own address on Tolt.

Can it look like my product?
Yes. Your logo and colors are on every page, and partners’ emails come from your own address, so it reads as yours from sign-up to payout.
I run more than one program. Do they share a portal?
No, each program gets its own portal, address and commissions. Growth includes five, and Pro and Enterprise as many as you need.

How do affiliates sign in?
With their email. Tolt sends them a code to sign in with, so there’s no password to remember.
Can affiliates sign up on their own?
Yes, from your portal’s sign-up page or a group’s own link. Add the questions you want answered and your terms, and choose for each group whether partners join straight away or wait for your approval.
What do affiliates see?
Their clicks, sign-ups, customers and earnings by link, code and post; every commission with its status; their payouts and invoices; and your files and announcements.
Can affiliates make their own links?
Yes, to any page on your site, unless you’d rather set them yourself: you can turn that off, or give a partner a landing page of their own.
Payments and the rest
Can affiliates change how they’re paid?
Yes. They add or update their payout method in their portal (PayPal, Wise, bank, wire or crypto) and see every payout with its status and invoice.
Can affiliates send their referrals to their own tools?
Yes, with postbacks. A partner adds their own URL in the portal, picks referral or commission events and sees a log of every request. You decide whether your program allows it.
Do affiliates get emails in their own language?
Yes. Translate each automated email yourself or with Tolt’s AI, and partners get the one in their language.
