    Brand bidding goes unwatched.

    It flags a commission when an affiliate’s IP matches the sale and blocks duplicate conversions, and you decide each one. IP and domain blacklists are set up by its team on request, and its help center says brand bidding isn’t something it can monitor, pointing you to third-party tools.

11What happens if a customer cancels or requests a refund?

As soon as Stripe, Paddle or Chargebee tells us a customer has canceled their subscription, we stop calculating commissions for their affiliate. And on refunds, we deduct the commission from the affiliate.
