Why teams switch

Rewardful is well reviewed, and its setup and support get the most praise. These are the gaps its users and its own pages point to, and what Tolt does instead.

  • Payments

    Paying affiliates is on you.

    Payment issues are the con G2 reviewers tag most. Rewardful doesn’t pay anyone by default: you download a CSV, upload it to PayPal or Wise yourself, then mark each payout paid. Its Managed Payouts cost 3% of every payout, need a USD program, a bank account linked by ACH and its review, and take 3–5 business days to clear. Affiliates pay their own withdrawal fees.

    With Tolt

    You approve one invoice on your terms (NET-15, 30 or 60), and Tolt pays every partner by PayPal, Wise, bank transfer or wire. Auto payouts come with every plan, for 2% of each payout.

    Tax forms are yours to chase.

    Without its 3% Managed Payouts, its help center says, tax forms are the merchant’s job. With them, affiliates enter tax details when they sign up, but no page names a W-9 or W-8BEN, and its help center has no article on 1099s.
